Jo is a trained Health and Wellbeing Coach who found his calling through his own journey. After graduating from business school and building a long career in the fast-paced IT sector, he experienced firsthand how hard it is to maintain healthy habits under pressure.​

This led him to a deep study of the science behind habit formation. Now, he specialises in helping other people use those same evidence-based modalities to break old patterns and build sustainable routines for energy, focus, and well-being.​

True to his philosophy, he starts his own days with a non-negotiable ritual: reading a novel by the bedroom window with a cup of coffee in hand.
